Umpiring

Saints Netball Club provide umpires for all our games.

Being a club umpire brings with it responsibility.  We expect our umpires to work hard, show respect to the athletes and to be punctual.  It is an honour to be on the clubs roster and there are many that would like the spot and so we ask that our umpires be professional at all times and not to become complacent. It is a hard job being an umpire and we appreciate the hard work.

Joondalup Netball Association conduct the Green Shirt umpiring courses in Spring starting at an introductory level. Please register with our Umpire Coordinator if this is of interest. We as a club generally get to nominate 5 interested athletes for the course.  Athletes must be registered with the club and will be expected to be available for umpiring slots for at least 12 months after completing the Green Shirt Course (umpires are paid for their time)
